USER-FRIENDLY PRESENTATION
Users can track their packages easily with our user-friendly display. As the tracker moves across a given area, a user can track it remotely via a dynamically scaling map provided by a central server. The map can feature surrounding landmarks, such as businesses and highways, on the user’s personal device. Locations marked by the asset tracker can be saved over time and presented chronologically on the map, documenting the device’s movement from place to place. The number of points of interest to show on the map can be based on, for example, where the package is and where it should go.
To allow such remote tracking, asset trackers today typically have a GPS receiver and communication-signal circuitry. Our tracker is compact, low-cost, and has better designs via integration, such as the communication-signal circuitry and the GPS receiver sharing electronic components.
